The Role

The firm are seeking to hire an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer into their Norwich office, Norfolk.

The property department deals with an excellent quality of work acting for HNW clients. You will work on a broad and varied caseload of; Sale & Purchases of Leasehold & Freehold, New Builds, Remortgages, Shared Ownership, Leasehold Enfranchisement, Residential Development, Plot Sales, Post Completion, Completions.

The Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You should have a good technical knowledge
• You should be commercially minded and able to spot opportunities where perhaps others may not
• You should have had good business development experience
• Salary is very negotiable depending on your level of PQE
