The Role

The firm are looking for an Experienced Commercial Property solicitor to join their office in Cambridge.

The individual is expected to take on a caseload including but not limited to: acquisitions & disposals, freehold, leasehold, contracts, developments, planning, finance, landlord and tenant. The individual will ideally have good experience working on a wide range of projects with a varied client base ranging from start-ups to large technology companies.
This role comes with excellent progression prospects.

Requirements:

• You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of around 5 years PQE
• You should have strong technical knowledge
• You will have a good billings history and excel at client relationships
• You will be an ambitious and eager to progress within a firm
• You should be an excellent communicator and work well within a team
• Salary is dependant upon experience with excellent benefits and remuneration
