Job Details
A highly reputable business seeks a commercially-minded, non-contentious, pragmatic Commercial Solicitor to join their Leeds team working within the technology, media and telecommunications sector. Working with a varied caseload, this is a highly responsible role that requires a dedicated Lawyer ready to get immersed in the company immediately.
The desired applicant will be skilled in their field and will preferably have experience working in a blue chip In-House legal team although commercial Lawyers currently working in top tier private practice teams are equally encouraged to apply. Impressive credentials, commercial expertise and strong drafting skills are essential and a good knowledge of both B2B and B2C contracts would be considered advantageous.
Working with a high calibre clientele, you will flourish working in an enterprising and innovative environment. This is a fantastic opportunity with clear management/accountability responsibilities which would suit a commercial lawyer who is looking to make the step up.
Complimenting this role a highly competitive salary, a company car and an attractive benefit package is available to you.
