The Role

The firm require a Planning Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE to join the team at their highly-regarded Bristol, Somerset office.

You will carry out work for the firm on behalf their commercial property clients, in particular dealing with broad spectrum of planning and development related matters.

The firm are dealing with a broad range, often complex and very interesting planning cases. As such, you will gain great exposure to a good level of this type of work giving you knowledge ahead of your years in terms of PQE.

The successful candidate will:

• Carry out a range of planning services together with highways and drainage matters
• Provide planning advice to a range of clients including house builders, developers, retail, and leisure operation and private clients.
• Provide assistance and support to our litigation and corporate department.
• Deal with the negotiation of S106, S278, S104 agreements.
• Advising and planning applications and community infrastructure levy.
