An award winning full service national commercial practice is keen to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor to its highly regarded Team be based at the firms' Central London office.

The team has an excellent reputation in the market, advise an exciting array of clients from large FTSE 100s, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.
Ideally you will have 3+ years experience in the Corporate sector at a reputable form. You will be work under a legally recognised Partner on complex and high value matters, with the opportunity to grow your client contacts and take on business development.
