Your new role
Working as a Paralegal within this specialist team you will be responsible for a varied workload, including the pursuit of subrogated claims against liable parties. This is a great opportunity to get into a really interesting area of law and work with a successful, growing team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate a minimum of 12 months experience in the marine / commercial insurance market, as hands-on experience and a strong knowledge of this area of law (preferably maritime law) is essential. Ideally you will have had experience handling subrogated recoveries or claims, and will be able to pick up this work very quickly. You will have strong academics and previous law firm experience in a similar role.
