Commercial Property Solicitor or Locum 

My client is a full service high street firm in the heart of the community.  

The client is now looking for either an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a full time basis or a locum  to join the team and deal with high quality commercial work acting for developers, trading businesses and institutional landowners. This role will be based in the firms Cardiff office. 

Ideally the candidate will have a sound grounding in commercial property work including commercial landlord and tenant and development work. 

The role will involve advising on the acquisition and disposal of properties, local businesses, joint venture and collaboration agreements, development agreements, infrastructure agreements, planning agreements and site setup.
