THE FIRM
A global law firm and leader in its field.
THE ROLE
Within a team which handles both professional negligence claimant work, principally for lenders, along with commercial disputes, the majority of which have an international element.
The work provides opportunities for early responsibility, varied work and excellent exposure to clients in a collegiate and supportive environment.
The team's broad focus enables it to be familiar with the UK Senior Courts and most of the UK arbitral tribunals.
They are now seeking a further litigation solicitor with 1-2pqe.
ABOUT YOU
The successful candidate will be engaged to work on an expanding book of disputes for a range of clients.
It is important that the successful candidate is able to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.
The successful candidate will be expected to be able to work independently under supervision of the partners and other solicitors in a strong team environment.
Your technical skills should comprise litigation experience commensurate with your pqe (arbitration experience not essential), and the ability to work with a degree of independence, as well as exceptional legal research ability and drafting skills.
