This prestigious international law firm have an impressive team of construction solicitors in Manchester who are acknowledged experts when it comes to large scale projects; dispute avoidance and management. They utilise the experience and commercial expertise of their people to ensure problems are resolved in a straightforward and commercial manner.
As a Construction Solicitor you will be working directly with senior solicitors in the team and receive a varied and challenging caseload with a focus on non-contentious work - so you will often be taking an advisory position to your high profile clients. There are also opportunities for involvement in international work - so you can develop your name as a Solicitor across the globe.
The successful Construction Solicitor will be:
- A qualified construction solicitor who is anywhere from NQ level upwards - the firm are very open to experience
- Dedicated relevant construction experience is essential, familiarity with NEC3, FIDIC and EPC contracts is preferable, as are excellent skills in communication, client relations, team-working and project management
- Able to manage your own caseload involving significant interface with clients and also work as part of a wider team on significant transactions.
