Commercial Property Solicitor - 2+ PQE

An established and commercially focussed Oxford city centre law firm are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to further increase their Commercial Property offering. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected name in the Oxfordshire market.

Working directly with the Partners you'll be involved in a broad mix of Commercial Property work for local business clients, and as such the role should represent a good career step for a candidate looking to focus their skills with a recognised and established brand in this locality. Applicants should have a commitment to developing their professional network in the South Wales area, and will have a quality-driven approach.

The firm are looking to secure the services of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a mixed bag of lower-mid level Commercial Property work. The caseload will cover a broad range of matters including buying and selling commercial property, leases for landlords and tenants and property development matters. Suitable candidates will ideally have at least 2 years PQE+ within a Commercial Property role. You will have good client contact skills and be keen to network in the local market place to raise the profile of yourself and consequently the firm.
