RTA Lawyer - A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced RTA Lawyer to join a claimant team in a Bristol law firm. This opportunity will enable the RTA Lawyer to join a well established department with a very healthy client base offering varied work involving motor accidents.
The RTA Lawyer may be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal with excellent RTA experience in running a personal injury case load and have a proven ability to deal with all aspects of litigation, from the issue of proceedings through to trial. Previous experience of dealing with fraud or LVI claims is desirable although not essential.
Salary dependent upon experience to £43,000, bonus, pension + flexible benefits package.
