Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

legal 500 and chambers listed firm in Central Norwich.

Excellent opportunity for ambitious lawyers to take a leading role in the future success of a well established and successful department.

It is expected that any applicant will be able to demonstrate upwards of 5 years PQE in dealing with a broad range of commercial matters including acquisitions and disposals of property and land, property finance, landlord and tenant and development matters.

You will be friendly, personable and have excellent communication skillls as you will be joining the team as a senior member of staff and so you will be encouraged to get actively involved in the business development side of things and will play a leading role in the continued development of the team in terms of maintaining and developing relationships with clients.

Any experience of managing/mentoring a small team would be beneficial.

The salary for this role will be based on the individual but will be highly competitive and as part of a good package. Excellent progression prospects are envisaged and planned for the successful candidate within a firm with an outstanding reputation for the progression and development opportunities that they offer to all their lawyers.
