An innovative, award winning firm who have been established for 30+ years are looking for a commercial property assistant to join their busy team.

This firm are one of the best known names for quality property work across London. They work with the biggest names in the London Real Estate market, which includes; Developers, Investors, SME to large national companies. They have an outstanding staff retention rate with most staff being there for 10+ years, they are a friendly, dynamic family feel firm that now have 20+ members of staff.

You will join a friendly, supportive and professional working environment with a team that are highly experienced. In the Commercial Property department, you will be working for 2 fee earners handling a broad range of commercial property matters.

You will be Commercial Property assistant with good experience of landlord & tenant, commercial leases, acquisitions and/or disposals. You should have as a minimum at least 2 years experience. You should be a diligent, highly organised and personable candidate. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience.
