Your new role
Your main responsibilities are to provide high quality employment paralegal support to the three main functions of the business. You will have employment paralegal experience but have the ability to pick up other legal issues and offer support to HR by preparing all transactional HR documentation such as Grievances, disputes and tribunal issues. As this is a small business you will also pick up duties helping run reception and making sure clients and guests are properly attended to. You will also be responsible for organising bi-weekly company meeting; all materials, contacting attendees, preparing the meeting room, preparing equipment, taking meeting minutes.This role has a track record of developing their paralegals into lawyers, as a small company they realise investing in talent will continue to grow the business going forward.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 1 year legal assistant/paralegal experience in Employment law. You will have operated in a similar capacity in your previous role. You will have completed the LLB or GDL.
