Established for over 50 years, this firm has a really strong client base of both businesses and individuals. They pride themselves on client care and do not take in any high-volume fixed fee work. They have traditional values when it comes to client care and do not want this compromised. They have a friendly working culture and offer lots of progression. It is this approach which has led to a 95% staff retention. The average amount of years of staff service is 16 years - they are the type of firm where once people join, they stay at their entire careers. They have a network of offices and are ingrained into the local community with their fee earners having a real level of expertise and knowledge of the market they work.
The Family department deals with mainly privately funded work but also deal with some legal aid Children work. The work is very varied making the role interesting, you will work within a team of two experienced Solicitors. The team is friendly, professional, supportive and has a solid reputation for good quality work.
This role is for a Family Solicitor who has at least 2 years' experience (there is no upper limit for this role) of working on both public and private family matters as well as undertaking their own advocacy. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience.
