The Role

The firm are seeking a Commercial IP Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE into their City of London office.

The successful hire will be advising and assisting on all legal aspects of Intellectual Property matters. This role will cover both non-contentious and contentious work including High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court litigation.

You will also need experience in advising on license, commercial agreements including ownership, use exploitation and promulgation of IP rights as well as adhoc advertising and consumer issues.

There is a great opportunity here to work across the whole office network and be heavily involved in new marketing initiatives and business development strategies.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial IP Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE.
• You will have strong technical knowledge
• You should have first class client service skills
