Job Details

A senior level position has come up within a private client team at a modern legal 500 and chambers listed firm in Cambridge.

This multi service firm has gone from strength to strength in the past few years and have really cemented themselves as being one of Cambridgeshires leading firms. They have a network of offices across Cambridgeshire as well as a strong presence in London.

They have continued ambitious plans for the future so now is a great time to be joining and share in their success.

This firm promotes a proper work / life balance, flexible working and has an approachable and supportive management structure. They trust people to do their work and expect high standards but place faith in their staff to perform well and adopt this "grown up" attitude across the practice. This culture has led to the firm attracting lawyers from several larger commercial practices who are attracted by the ethos of the firm and the quality of the work.

You will be rewarded with a good salary which will be based on your experience but will be at the top end of market rate for Cambridge as well as a bonus scheme, very generous pension and holiday entitlement as part of an excellent benefits package.

This would be the perfect role for an ambitious senior level lawyer looking to make the step into a senior role within a modern and expanding law firm. You will be ambitious to progress and take advantage of the structured career path and opportunities that they will be able to offer..

The successful candidate will be upwards of 8 years PQE and have experience in dealing with a broad range of private client matters including wills, probate, LPAs and tax planning matters. Due to the firms reputation in this area they are instructed regularly on behalf of high net worth clients and the work is of excellent quality.

As well as the fee earning you will enjoy getting involved in the networking and business development side of things also.

You will become a key part of the team right from day 1 and will play an integral part of the team in terms of the development of this department in Cambridge.

I am interested in hearing from those with the relevant experience looking to make the step up to a senior level role where you can have a real influence on the department they wor, or, alternatively, those who are at director/partner level currently looking for a new challenge and a lateral move

Please apply ASAP to be considered for this opportunity.

In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".
