The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Senior Corporate Lawyer with 5-8 years PQE into their prestigious City of London office.

You will undertake a broad range of transactional matters including M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets & private equity, fundraising, shareholder agreements as well as general advisory work.

The Requirements

• You will be a Senior Corporate Lawyer 5-8 years PQE
• Experience within the Technology, Life Sciences, Real Estate Investment or Health sectors would be an advantage.
• You will have good academics and a deep understanding of the complexities of Corporate law
• Experience working at a well-regarded law firm in an established Corporate practice
