The Role

Due to an increase in work, the firm are looking to hire a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer into their office in North Norfolk.

You will join a department that has been providing the people of Norfolk and beyond with property services for centuries. You will have a varied caseload consisting of residential property matters from inception to completion. This will include: leases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownerships, joint ownerships, equity releases,, mortgage, boundary issues and agreements. You will work in a dedicated and friendly team, enjoy a busy caseload, in the picturesque setting of Holt.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' experience (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You will have good technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
• You should be a confident and organised individual
• You should work well within a team
• Salary is negotiable, depending upon experience
