A Commercial Disputes Lawyer is sought by a large and highly respected regional law firm with an enviable list of clients that include FTSE companies, public and private sector organisations, charities and high net worth individuals.

Our client have a first class reputation for developing and investing in home grown talent and boast staff retention levels way above the norm. They believe that retention and creating an outstanding place to work delivers inherent benefits to their clients.

They now wish to add a Solicitor to the Disputes Team. You should possess good academics, together with a can do attitude and a background within a broad spectrum of commercial disputes.

In return the successful candidate will be joining a highly respected team that prides itself on finding the most appropriate course of action, with a focus on ensuring that any investment in Litigation is proportionate to the size of the claim. The team act for a wide range of local, national and an increasing rate of international clients, offering a comprehensive range of advice on Commercial and Contractual disputes, Construction disputes, contentious Probate, Defamation, Intellectual property, Data Protection, Partnership, Director and Shareholder disputes, Professional Negligence and Property Litigation
