Opportunity to join a regionally recognised law firm and help drive ongoing expansion within their conveyancing team. You will be joining their Telford branch and dealing with a full caseload from inception to completion under minimal supervision. Ideally you will have gained at least 2 years' experience of fee earning and have the confidence to work independently.

You will need to have gained experience of managing your own caseload without supervision and have the ability to work by yourself. Whilst work is sourced from national panels a significant % of the caseload is work from a local client base, so you may be required to meet with local clients when needed.

The caseload will consist of circa 120 files with a broad mix of sales, purchase, right to buy, remortgage, transfer of equity, flats, auction properties, new builds and shared ownership matters. Experience of dealing with freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered land will also be useful as you will be dealing with these types of properties.

There will be future opportunities to grow the team within the Telford office and to work closely with the Head of Department to provide input into the running of the department. Salary will be from £28k - £35k with a bonus scheme and benefits package also included.
