Clinical Law Solicitor (Inquests) - Leeds - 4 yrs + PQE

This Top 200 and Chambers ranked firm are looking for a Senior Solicitor/Barrister for its Healthcare team based in Leeds. The firm acts for many clients including NHS providers and regulatory bodies, charities and healthcare providers.

Your main duties will include dealing with health law queries, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues, clinical risk management and inquests. This role will involve advising on issues with regards to Inquests, serious incident investigations, patient issues, information law and general queries. The work includes dealing with some of the most important and politically sensitive cases for the NHS.

Candidates should have advocacy experience and will ideally come from a leading healthcare team or will have gained excellent experience as a barrister in these areas.
