Commercial Property Solicitor - Leicester

A leading private practice with offices across the East Midlands are looking to add a Commercial Property Solicitor to their team in Leicester.

You would be joining an established team with colleagues based in Leicester but also Nottingham and Derby. This opportunity benefirts from being part of a large, established and well respected organisation, with a strong reputation for excellent client care and high standards in all areas.

Duties and responsibilities would include:

Managing a varied caseload of files including dealing with the sale and purchases of commercial premises, commercial lease and asset management transactions and secured lending transactions. The successful candidate will have experience of working in commercial property and be familiar with all basic and necessary aspects of commercial property transactions as well as having a keen interest to get involved in the related business development aspects.
