The role

The firm have an exciting new role for a Corporate Commercial Senior Associate / Partner to join their East London office.

You will work alongside an experienced Partner dealing with an exceptionally high quality of work. The role will be based in Stratford, East London. You will be at the forefront of this department and will work to drive the department forwards, you will have lots of autonomy.

The firm has an HNW client base with many of their clients living abroad. The Corporate and Commercial department currently consists of a team of two, a Partner and a mid-level associate.

You will deal with; company sales and purchases, M&SA, share sales, management buy ins, share incentive schemes, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, franchising, re-structuring and LLP's. The client base ranges from SME to national companies.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership.

Requirements

• Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to take a step up in terms of responsibility
• You will have been at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a client base that has been built up over several decades
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
