Solicitor - Dispute Resolution (Property) - Gatwick £40000 - £52000

The Dispute Resolution department is one of significant size and capable of resolving a broad range of matters for a wide variety of clients both on an individual and commercial basis. An experienced solicitor is sought to join the established Real Estate Dispute Resolution team based at their Gatwick office

The partners are looking to appoint a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of one years' post qualification experience to contribute to the ongoing success of the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, You will have a sound base of knowledge and experience in contentious residential property matters in particular legislation governing residential tenancies Housing Act 1985, Housing Act 1988 and Landlord & Tenant Acts 1985 and 1987 from which you will be keen to develop further. You will of course manage your own caseload under supervision which will consist of matters such as landlord and tenant, housing and other property work. You should be comfortable in working to fee targets and confident in your own ability to deliver on or above target. Joining a team that consists of over ten partners with a list of established solicitors and ambitious legal professionals based across several offices you will be in very good company and benefit from the experience of some highly specialised experts in their field.
