Litigation Lawyer

My client a local authority based in London is seeking a Litigation Lawyer for three months initially.

The successful Litigation Lawyer will be expected to carry a Civil Litigation and Housing Litigation caseload consisting of the following matters:

• Disrepair,
• Possession matters,
• Anti- social behaviour,
• Debt recovery,
• Knowledge of regulatory prosecutions would be advantageous.

You will be required to present cases before Courts and Tribunals and therefore it is essential you have the relevant rights of audience.  This role would be suitable for an admitted solicitor or barrister with a broad litigation background and a current practising certificate.

Candidates with experience working in the public sector are encouraged to apply. We would welcome applications from candidates from either the public or private sector with the relevant experience.

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you are available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
