The Role

The firm is looking for a Banking Solicitor 1 - 4 years' PQE to work in their Manchester City Centre office.

You will join a highly experienced team who have extensive knowledge of the current market and are renowned for their quality and speed of delivery, their innovative thinking and grasp of commercial issues.

The team advises a broad range of funders and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions.

You will have the opportunity to work on banking, asset based lending and receivables financing transactions, regionally and nationally.

Requirements:

• You will be a Banking Solicitor 1 - 4 years' PQE
• You will have good experience of working for a highly regarded Banking Department.
• A strong technical knowledge is essential.
• First-class communication skills are essential.
