A well-established law firm with a strong reputation based in Yorkshire, offering a competitive salary package, are looking for an Employment Fee Earner to join their Employment department in Leeds.
As part of this team, the ideal candidate will be assisting other solicitors on complex contentious employment matters which will predominantly be private claimant work.
Within this role, you will be expected to handle your own claimant case load, exhibiting a thorough understanding of Employment Law and the employment tribunal process.
Successful candidates will be motivated to learn and progress within the department, maintaining excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail always. Ideally, candidates are required to have a minimum of 2 years' experience of dealing with contentious employment matters.
