Corporate Solicitor/Associate 2-5 years PQE

My client are seeking to recruit an ambitious lawyer (2-5yrs PQE) to join their growing and highly regarded Corporate team. Based in their centrally located Bristol office, you will play an integral role in a wide range of work. The team is nationally recognised for its Venture Capital work, with a particular focus on technology investment and M&A. You will work with growth companies, investment funds and private investors on a variety of regional, national and international transactions. Within a busy and supportive team environment, you will be responsible for dealing with high quality, high value work and will be afforded high levels of responsibility from the outset.

About You

You will have already gained some experience of working on and managing a range of corporate transactions, and be seeking to expand your experience. An excellent communicator with proven organisation and project management skills, you'll be accustomed to working under pressure to meet challenging deadlines. You will have an eye for detail, and be meticulous in your work. You will also need the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, and show a genuine commitment to their care. Dedicated and enthusiastic, you will be keen to engage in business development and cross-referral activities. Our team is important to us, and we'll expect you to be positive and proactive in your work with immediate colleagues, as well as those in other parts of the firm.
