The Role

The firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Senior Associate with 4-8 years PQE into their thriving Central London office to set up the firms Immigration practice.

This role will be particularly suited to an experienced immigration lawyer who has had experience in private immigration dealing with clients in the high net worth space. You will have experience of taking the lead on cases and being the first port of call for clients.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate must have experience in preparing applications for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur and Investor), Tier 2 sponsor licensing, leave to remain, entry clearance, sponsorship certificates, Tier 5 applications, business visitor advice, indefinite leave to remain and family related immigration.

The firm will offer support in growing the practice with backing from the Partners in the well established Private Client group. This comes with fantastic opportunities for a driven, entrepreneurial Senior Associate that wants to progress.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified Immigration Solicitor with 4-8 years PQE.
• Experience of high quality immigration practice is essential.
• Strong business acumen particularly when dealing with Tier 2 employer clients and HNW Entrepreneur and Investor clients.
• Strong knowledge of the Immigration appeals process.
• Attention to detail and able to see issues from a commercial perspective.
• Solid business development skills and can prioritise a demanding workload.
