RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR / LICENSED CONVEYANCER / LEGAL EXECUTIVE
RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - (2 YEARS +)
A new opportunity has opened for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join an excellent Legal 500 firm, established throughout the South. Based in their South Wales office, you will be joining a well established and reputable team, and you should have experience in a range of Residential Property matters, such as sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity.
Having good local knowledge and contacts in this area would be advantageous.
You will be given a great deal of autonomy to grow the department and be at the forefront of its development in this location. This is a truly exciting role and a great opportunity with strong progression prospects and generous salary.
