The Role

This firm are looking for an experienced Banking Partner 8+ PQE to join their new City of London team.

You will be an ambitious Banking specialist who is highly experienced in working with lenders, borrowers and investors on the transaction from beginning to completion. The firms clients include major UK banks and financial institutions including panel status allowing for their solicitors to work on the highest quality of matters.

The Private Client team advise on matters including but not limited to; leveraged finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and acquisition finance.

You will be a keen business developer and committed to supporting and growing your team.

Requirements:

• You will be a Banking Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• Experience working with major banks & financial institutions
• A mobile client base is a necessity
• Management experience is a must
• You must be a keen business developer
• Salary is market rate and negotiable based on your level of PQE
