Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a GDPR/ Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join an academic institution based in the South East.
The position will be for an initial period of 3 months; however, this may be extended further subject to project requirements. The assignment is ideally being offered on a full-time basis but there is flexibility on this and the potential for home working.
Duties of the role will include:
- Drafting a high volume of commercial and GDPR contracts for the institution
- Putting in place bespoke GDPR compliant addendums and renewals
- Offering a wide range of legal advice on GDPR and Commercial Contracts matters
Applications are welcome from Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives. It is not essential for this role that you possess experience of working specifically within an academic setting; however a background of handling GDPR contracts is essential.
An hourly rate of between £35-45 (Umbrella/Limited) per hour can be offered dependant upon experience.
