The Role
Our client is located on the Kent coast, an area with a fascinating mix of properties including coastal properties, second-homes, investment properties, agricultural land, historic and listed properties, hotels, new developments and more. The firm is now looking for a solicitor to join its CQS-accredited property department and take on a caseload of mainly residential work.  There is a great opportunity here to expand the caseload substantially.  

The Candidate
You will be a solicitor of at least 3 years’ PQE with a strong background in property law. You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of matters (with an emphasis on residential work) and should be confident, self-sufficient and looking to increase instructions into the property team through effective marketing and networking.
