CORPORATE & GOVERNANCE SOLICITOR - CITY -
Corporate & Governance Solicitor (3 + PQE) -
We are working with a brilliant independent firm based in City of London who are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join their industry leading Corporate & Governance team. This is a very varied role where you will gain exposure to a range of NFP clients including housing associations, local authorities and regulatory bodies. If you have high quality experience in Company/ Commercial Law, Charity Law, Housing Law or Regulation matters from a well established law firm and you are looking to upgrade your position, then this is a fantastic chance for you to excel your career in a supportive, industry leading team.
This position will allow you to work closely with the specialist Partners within the Corporate & Governance team where you will benefit from the "shared-knowledge" culture they provide - which in turn will accelerate your progression within this outstanding firm.
You will need a minimum of 3 years PQE upwards in Company/commercial law. Experience with Charity law, Housing Association law and Regulation experience, the position would be highly advantageous. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a fantastic firm in central London, with a role that would be a great challenge, offering internal career progression and the chance to expand your horizons within this independent firm.
