Are you a Commercial Property Partner or Senior Associate ready to take your next step? Do you have a strong background and expertise in commercial property? If so, we have a fantastic vacancy with one of our clients who is looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their York based team.
The role:
As a Commercial Property Lawyer you will play a leading role in the overall success of the team, making this an excellent opportunity for the right person to join and have input in the direction and development of a successful team. You would also play a prominent role in supporting the firm to grow its commercial presence further in the market and driving forward high levels of performance amongst the wider team.  Ideally you will have knowledge of the Yorkshire market as this role is to help them move from their strong base up to the next level in the market.
The candidate:
The successful candidate will be able to deliver high quality standards whilst managing a full caseload and fee targets. You should be a strategic thinker and have the ability to lead and develop the marketing and business development activity of the team in order to both maximise the firms existing offering to clients and continue to grow its client base. Ideally candidates will also have extensive experience across a broad range of property related matters including sales and purchases, development, overage applications and licences.
