Conveyancing Solicitor

A requirement has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX to join a busy conveyancing department within a modern law firm based in Oldham. The firm are incredibly well known within Greater Manchester and the surrounding areas with most of the work coming from repeat local businesses, referrals and word of mouth.

You will join a very busy Conveyancing & Residential property department managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing instructions with minimal supervision. Ideally you will have experience of supervising junior fee earners although this isn't essential. There is a strong support team available to assist, and you'll be working underneath the Head of Conveyancing & Partner.

The Residential Property department have been awarded the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality scheme accreditation in recognition of the high standards the firm adheres to.
