In-House Solicitor

In-House Solicitor - This is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading organisation as an in-house solicitor in a an autonomous role. The role is based in the firm's Berkshire offices but will involve some UK travel. The successful in-house solicitor will have excellent commercial experience and will be required to review, negotiate, amend and draft commercial agreements and contracts such as distribution, Information technology and supply agreements. A minimum 4 years PQE, qualified as a solicitor or barrister, is required. Preferably, experience in financial services, regulatory, or insurance will be highly desirable. Salary to £80,000 + benefits.
