The role

The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Development Solicitor into their Central Cambridge office.

You will join a Top tier, leading national Real Estate team. The role will include acting for pension funds with land interests, landowners, traders and developers. The team deal with a wide variety of matters including Site Assembly, Development and Funding Agreements, Relationships with Contractors, Affordable and Key Worker Housing, and Leasing, Plot Sales and other exit arrangements.

Due to the growth in this team, this role comes with good prospects for progression.

The role

• The firm are seeking to hire a Residential Development Solicitor with at least one years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience as the firm are seeking to hire at both the more junior and senior levels)
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• You will be an ambitious candidate
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
