CORPORATE SOLICITOR - BRILLIANT FIRM - OXFORD -
Corporate Solicitor / Associate (2+ PQE to more senior level) -
A high quality opportunity in Corporate Law at a substantial regional firm in the Oxford office, working with some fascinating clients in a very well respected team.
We would encourage applications from 2+ PQE Solicitors upwards to more senior level. You will need to have experience of working with clients at a good quality firm in Corporate matters including such fields of M&A, private equity transactions, share and asset disposals and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, IPOS and secondary issues and reorganisations.
You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with substantial clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere. You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member.
