A Residential Conveyancer is currently required by a leading firm in Liverpool due to the continued growth of its residential conveyancing team.
The firm is nationally renowned and award winning. They have also invested a considerable amount into creating a well-structured team. Due to growth they are seeking an additional residential conveyancer to join the team in their Liverpool Office. The successful residential conveyancer must be able to pick up a readily available caseload and help drive the team forward.
The firm has impeccable service levels, which must also be maintained. Residential conveyancers must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with the firm's established network or referrers as well as clients.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Legal Executive, a licensed conveyancer or a fee earner with at least 2 years experience in managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
