Our client is a well-established, Lexcel and CQS accredited firm, who due to fast expansion is looking for a talented lawyer to join their dynamic and high-performing team in Wales. Managing your own caseload, the successful candidate will prove to be self-driven, eager to learn and show business awareness on daily basis.

• Landlord and tenant matters
• Drafting leases
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Mortgages
• Property disputes
• Joint ventures
• Sales and purchases
• Business leases and lease renewals
• Some residential property matters

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Technically proficient and commercially aware
• With expertise in commercial property, you will already be a specialist in this field
• Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm
• A team player, you will also work well using your own initiative
