As an employment associate you will be dealing with a wide variety of respondent clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
The role involves a substantial amount of litigation to include;
- Grievance issues
- Terminations and redundancy
- Company policies
- Business re-structuring and outsourcing
- Discrimination disputes
