Employment Solicitors
Our client, a well-established firm is currently looking for two employment solicitors to join their employment team based in Berkshire. This is a permanent position to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be managing all aspects of their caseload, requiring strong decision-making capabilities.
The senior employment solicitor will possess:
- Extensive discrimination experience is a must
- Acting for claimants in a variety of Employment matters
- High volume and broad range of claims with mostly contentious work
- Previous experience working with Trade Union claims is a strong advantage
- Experience level of 5 years+ PQE
- Salary dependant on experience
The employment solicitor will possess:
- NQ up to 2 years PQE with the right experience
- Must have solid experience of high mixed caseload of employment claims
- Responsible for own caseload mostly contentious work so litigation experience is a must
- Competitive salary
