Law Graduate/Paralegal

Law Graduate/Paralegal - A Law Graduate/Paralegal role has arisen within a leading law firm based in Hampshire. The Law Graduate/Paralegal will join a team within a property department and will be required to support fee earners with all aspects of their caseloads. This will involve dealing with the recovery of leasehold service charges, drafting and issuing letters before action, proceedings in the county court under section 146 Law of property Act 1925, undertaking research, drafting correspondence, court applications and statements as well as instructing advocates/counsel and preparing disclosure documents.
The successful Law Graduate/Paralegal will hold at least a 2:1 law degree (or equivalent) and above with, ideally, experience gained in law firm. Salary £19,000 to £21,000 dependent upon experience.
