The role

The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Lawyer into their flourishing office based in the heart of London's West End.

You will join a growing Corporate Commercial team who has a truly high level of expertise. The client base will include; Owner-managed businesses, celebrities, individual athletes, sports clubs and many other businesses.

You will deal with a broad Corporate Commercial caseload which will include; M&A, Joint ventures, Investment structures, Corporate governance and Commercial contracts.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership for the right candidate.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Commercial Lawyer with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• You will be a commercially minded individual
• Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential
• Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
