Job Details
I am currently recruiting for a Legal Services Provide in the Derbyshire area who are currently looking to recruit a Probate Manager/ Private Client Candidate.
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the overall performance of the Probate department, responsible for delivery of business targets and KPIS by motivating, monitoring and managing team members and providing coaching and training when needed,
Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Handling a caseload of probate files.
- Ensuring all team members are delivering 5* customer service.
- Working alongside the business to deliver its core purpose.
- Driving both individual and business targets.
- Ensuring business standards are being achieved and addressing non-compliance with our processes, standards and culture.
- Developing and maintaining effective business-to-business relationships
- Preparing and delivering team meetings and conducting quarterly reviews with each member of the team
- Observing all advisors at least once per quarter
Experience Needed to apply:
- Wide technical knowledge and ability in the area of Probate & Trust Law
- STEP qualified is desirable but not essential
- Passion - Believe and understand our business and deliver 'The WOW Factor' to our clients and colleagues
- Commitment/Dedication - We are looking for somebody who is fully committed to the role in order to meet business deadlines and targets but also drive the performance of the department through a stage of growth
- Lead by example - be strict in your own personal adherence to our business standards.
- Energy/Drive - High energy and drive is needed to motivate a team
