This housing litigation role will see you handle a caseload of housing litigation and housing disrepair cases.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a solicitor who has gained good experience of housing litigation and housing disrepair matters. You will have experience of running litigated and non-litigated cases and in advising tenants in housing litigation matters. You should also have experience of local authority processes in relation to landlord and tenant issues.
