JUNIOR CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER 1-3 YEARS – CARDIFF
Our client, one of the leading boutique law firms in the South Wales region is looking to recruit a corporate and commercial lawyer to join their corporate & commercial law team.
This law firm invests in its staff and offers opportunities for career progression within the firm. The role offers the potential for progression to partnership. You will work alongside skilled junior and senior partners dealing with blue chip and city and international client’s at the highest level.
Candidates will need to have experience of working on corporate transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions and disposals, partnerships and shareholders agreements and commercial law matters, such as terms of business and commercial contracts.
