This exciting opportunity is based in Chelmsford, Essex within their growing and dynamic office.
This role will involve a mixture of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters which makes for an interesting and busy position. You will work with both private and corporate clients from diverse industry sectors delivering technical and pragmatic advice. Occasionally you will work alongside human resource, tax and consulting specialists, so the ability to work well within a team is important.
- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit to experience)
- You will have a strong Employment Law background. Ideally 2 years post qualification experience
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge and nurture strong client relationships
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work well individually as well as within a team
- Presentation skills desirable but not essential
